2. How the contract is made

• The information on the site describes the services and is not a binding offer.
• You send your task — for example the brief from the builder — via Discord, Telegram or email.
• We send a quote with the scope of work, price, timeline and payment terms.
• The contract is concluded when you confirm the quote in a message.
• The contract language is the language of the chat: Russian, English or German.

3. Prices

• Prices are final prices in euros.
• The provider is a small business under § 19 UStG; no VAT is charged.
• There is no surcharge for any payment method.

4. Payment

• Payment terms — such as a partial prepayment — are stated in the quote.
• Payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer (SEPA), cryptocurrency.
• For cryptocurrency, the euro amount is converted at the rate when the invoice is issued; network fees are paid by the sender. Refunds are made in the euro amount paid, by the same method or by bank transfer.
• Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance.

5. Delivery and acceptance

• Timelines are stated in the quote. They move while access to the Discord server, bot permissions or required information are missing.
• The finished bot is tested on your server. Changes within the agreed scope are free; new features are quoted separately.
• Where the bot runs — on your hosting or ours — is stated in the quote.

6. Subscription and support

• A subscription runs for one month and renews automatically month by month.
• You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid month — by message on Discord or Telegram or at ···.
• The subscription includes updates and support. If the bot runs on our hosting, it is switched off when the subscription ends; you can request the bot’s settings and data within 30 days.
• Support for a one-time project is billed separately, monthly.
• A trial period, if offered, is stated on the site and in the quote.

7. Rights to the result

• After full payment, you receive a perpetual right to use the bot or website for your family and your server.
• Source code and exclusive rights are transferred only if the quote says so.
• We may reuse general building blocks in other projects. Showing the project in a portfolio or naming the family requires your permission.

8. Project and platform rules

Bots and websites must comply with the rules of Majestic RP, GTA5RP, Discord and Telegram. We do not build cheats, gameplay automation or features that break project rules. The client is responsible for how the bot is used. The provider is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Majestic RP or GTA5RP.

9. Liability

• Unlimited for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act.
• For simple negligence, only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to typical, foreseeable damage.
• No liability for outages or changes of Discord, Telegram, game servers or hosting that are beyond our control.

10. Right of withdrawal

If you conclude the contract as a consumer — not for business or independent professional purposes — you have a right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (···, ···, ···, ···) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal: we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal, using the same means of payment unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement. If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount in proportion to the services provided until you informed us of the withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the contract.

The right of withdrawal ends when the service has been fully performed, if before performance began you expressly agreed that we start before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed (§ 356(5) BGB).

12. Final provisions

• German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer living in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country remain unaffected.
• If you are a merchant (Kaufmann) or a legal entity under public law, the place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered location.
• If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
• We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
